The new addiction – Online Games

With the high availability and the accessibility of internet, online games have become more popular among almost all the age categories of internet users. There are two basic categories when it comes to online games. The first and most popular category is browser based games which are relatively small in size. Most of the times, these are flash or Java based games. The second category of online games is more serious games and they have dedicated user communities. Apart from these games being browser based, the game itself has the ability to connect with other online gamers who play the same game via dedicated servers. Some of the best examples are Arena, Delta Force, Need For Speed, Joint Operations etc. Therefore, you may understand that, these games need a high bandwidth internet connection and some advanced graphics capabilities.

When it comes to popular browser-based games, there are so many sub categories. One of the most popular is Fun Games. They are easy to play or rather no game play at all. They are plain fun to be playing because these games are motivated by different factors such as politics, personalities, celebrities etc. These are the games that you would play taking five minutes in the middle of your work.

How many of you remember the good old games that we played when we were teenagers? Pac-Man, Dave 3D, Mario… ring any bells? Yes these are called Retro Games. Fortunately they are now available in most of the online game websites for free play. As for me, I still have fun playing these legacy games because it’s like going back in a time machine.

  1. Starting a Golf Store

Online games are fast-becoming popular with the proliferation of computer media. Gone are the days when video games only feature bland graphic designs and dull cinematography. Now, the games have become sophisticated to the extent that the virtual realm became undistinguishable from the real world.

Meanwhile, Starting a Golf Store demands serious determination for entrepreneurs since the market are now becoming web-centric—this means that most of them would prefer online games (take note that there is also virtual golf games that do not require the conventional golf tools). But anyway, as long as businessmen know how to play the right marketing strategy, it might be possible to hit success in just a single swing.

  2. Free Mmorpg

Mmorpgs are the second most popular online games, right after the arcade games.
These games are mostly free, browser based, and more complicated than the arcade games.

Thats why they makes much bigger addiction in players than the traditional arcades, like PacMan, Mario, Ter defense and so on.
