According to a latest statistics from U.S. Surgeons more than 12.5 million children and adolescents are suffering from obesity, and every year this number is rising at its leaps and bounds. Consequently this alarming obesity leads to several health related problems like high blood pressure, heart diseases, diabetes, lung and breathing problem and many more.

This surgery shows a very rapid result and provides a slim and toned body within 9-12 months from the date of operation.

Eating raw food solves many problems caused by cooked food. Cooking takes away Vitamins and other valuable nutrients from food. It alters the chemistry of the food substances; they are delicious to eat but harder to digest. Generally they cannot supply all the required nutrients for the body, so you body wants more food and you will end up with over eating.

Eating raw foods which are high in nutrition is good to your digestive system. They are designed to suit your system unlike the cooked food. Cooking destructs the fiber in foods and causes sticking problems in the digestive track. The majority of digestive problems faced by modern humans are caused by this only. On the other hand raw foods are rich in fiber, water and many more vitamins. They help to keep our digestive system clean and there by abolishing constipation of bowels, energizing our cells and circulatory system.

Raw foods ensure better blood flow in two ways:
