I have one proxy and I wrote them asking if it is ok to have a proxy on their VPS plan. I received an email back from them saying it was fine. Three weeks later they cut us off claiming we were smoking their server. No warning, no options to switch to dedicated, just cut us off. we had to find a new server, could use a 301 redirect and lost our PR3 from google with drastic drop in SE rankings. I did receive a refund for a prorated amount, after all that they still charged me for the three weeks they provided service. What a deal.
