Getting Creative with Abstract Art
Not many things in life are written in black and white. Many a times the signals come mixed and tangled, in the weirdest and the abstract forms. So while some get lost in this abstractness, others still find their way out….
So this tip (which is my experience) is to find meaning within that abstractness, allowing it to manifest through a form of art.
It’s a very different experience indeed. For a person who hated art next to nothing and for a person who considered that art was just not meant to be one of the strengths, this experience is fabulous. I don’t mean I’m good at it…but so far, the feedback has been marvelous; except for some ridiculous questioning from certain others who are still trying to figure out the sense behind abstract art.
It’s simple; basically what I do is just mess around with colors until I produce something which I can be happy about. It involves a certain different angle of looking at ordinary things. So for example, I could paint a bus in the shape of a boat and still make sense of it through the abstractness.
My early idea about art and drawing was that it had to come through an expert whom we generally call ‘good at drawing’. But by now I have realized that I was wrong. It’s the creativity that matters and creativity is something we all have got. Some of you may need to dig deep and find your creative abilities while others may already have it unleashed and need only to polish it a little bit.
So my message in its simplest form is start indulging in arts… you wouldn’t believe what you can achieve. It’s a soul healing endeavor and at the end of the day, u will be left with a sense of achievement and greater satisfaction.
It’s a common misunderstanding among many that oil painting is difficult. It may be true, if you are in to drawing figures, but as for my experience; if your sole intention is messing with colors, there’s nothing better than oil paints. So give it a try and find your peace within….
