I am sure a lot of people have sticker shock when checking the price of a franchise and the requirements in terms of cash and experience. I have assisted restaurant chains in promoting their franchise program on line and was impressed with what they require in terms of management experience and financing available.

It might not be great for the guy that always wanted to own a taco or burger places but I have never seen one of these restaurants shut down thanks to the experience and funding they required. I am sure there are plenty of opportunities that are easier to start but they are also easier to fail.

It's a great idea for a person to establish a business under a franchise. They get all of the support and recognition from the franchisee.
